D | 金管局发表文告说，本月19日举行的首次会议由交通部长兼财政部第二部长徐芳达主持。会上决定，企业与市场工作流将着重探讨鼓励上市、增加投资者参与、改善交易流动性和促进上市股票公平估值的建议。监管工作流则会探讨如何精简监管框架、改进上市程序、加强以披露为准的机制的有效性，以及强化企业治理标准和投资者的申诉管道。工作小组也公布了两大工作流的成员，其中包括资本市场从业员、投资者权益组织、行业协会及学术界人士。徐芳达表示，工作小组及工作流的成员将通过业界圆桌会议和焦点小组讨论进行广泛的咨询。他指出，要解决本地股票市场所面对的挑战没有万灵丹，当局需要的是一套可执行的解决方案。
